Terms and conditions - WEDART Studio

BOOKINGS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you make a booking with Wedart we will arrange to meet with you and discuss your requirements of your wedding, event or assignment.
We require a deposit of Ł100 for any photography or video assignment to secure the booking.  If we are providing both photography and video work, we will require a Ł200 deposit.  All deposit’s are non refundable.
The balance of payment will be required in full a minimum of 14 days prior to your assignment..
Wedart can not be hold responsible for any venue or church not allowing photographic or video work to take place on the premises.
Any permission or license needed for these venues is the sole responsibility of the client and must be obtained within time of the event.
Wedart will retain all copyrights and reproduction rights to each production, original film and edited master. We will keep copies of each production, whether in whole or in part.  
The client may only use the film or images with Wedart’s permission and they may only be used for private or non-for profit use.
If Wedart Studios fails to comply with the above terms  and conditions due to any event beyond the control of the studio, including equipment failure, Wedart Studio’s liability is limited only to the refund of all monies received from the client.
